The breakfast was excellent. By far the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms and hotel common areas were all very clean and updated.

The drive to Johnson City is beautiful in the fall, plenty of restaurants and shopping, right off I 26, and just a few miles past I 81. Traveling on down I 26 there is some of the most beautiful mountain scenery you will see , foothill of the Smokies

Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly.
Bathtub was slick. No mat.
Way too much furniture. Had 2 beds, but not enough room for 2 people plus their luggage.
Didn't have a microwave. Had to call and they had to find one in an empty room and bring it to us.
Wifi didn't work and staff couldn't get it to work. Said we were too far from the main office.

Cool little city with a lot of charm and great places to eat! Definitely check out TIMBER! Its a walk-able place with nice parks and plenty of free parking which is not always the case in a college town.
It was very clean and accomodating. We stayed at a diff hotel last time we was in Johnson City which we paid more for but this one was way better than that one. Only complaint I have was the smell of weed in our room which cause me to have a panic attack an sick to my stomach. which isn't the hotels fault but guest staying there. They have up no smoking signs but of course people don't obied by them, so def not holding that against the hotel. We would stay here again.
Loved the hotel.
Staff was very helping and super nice.
Loved the breakfast the only thing was it would have been nice to have a microwave to heat dogunts or muffins, or when my 3 years old wanted popcorn from the machine had to walk back to the room to heat that and my moms muffin. other than that it was awsome would loveto stay there again if we go back that way
I loved the mini waffles and the REAL butter even the coffee was good and I almost never drink hotel coffee. I always make a trip to Starbucks but the hotel coffee was fine for me. I loved the fluffy pillows - I actually dreamed I was sleeping on a cloud. The bed was comfortable. The BEST thing about this hotel was Jeremiah. He was wonderful.
The room was clean and roomy. Was disappointed that they didn't have a complimentary breakfast. They do have a restaurant that provides a small buffet for $12 a person. Was the same food that we had at the complimentary breakfasts at all the other hotels we stayed in. Cookies that we were given at check in were delicious.
Actually i booked through booking.com, but when i went there i didnt see the reservation and also without accomodation my card has been charged twice. Unfortunately i have to book it again at the hotel. However i didnt get my money refunded by booking.com even after multiple emails or calls.
1st room assigned had not been cleaned but that was quickly resolved and with that being the only issue, it is a great place to stay. The hotel staff has never failed to be hospitable, rooms have never failed to meet and or exceed our expectations.
Very comfortable rooms - we love the suite aspect, it’s a dog-friendly hotel, and we stay here whenever we are passing through. We always eat at Logan’s right next door where the food is great!
Overall stay was pretty nice, the view outside of the room (front of the hotel) was pretty scenic and relaxing. Everything about the hotel was an enjoyable stay with a bathtub.
Hotel was easy to get to. It has great location to many restaurants and shopping. I also liked that laundry usage was included in the room rate. Breakfast was great!
Was a little worried because the price was lower than everything else but was pleasantly surprised to find a very nice room ,comfortable bed overall very nice hotel
The breakfast was excellent. By far the best complimentary breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms and hotel common areas were all very clean and updated.
