We had a terrific stay. The owner was cool and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that we were staying in one of the cottages. I guess I didn't understand the room descriptions that well. Anyway, we stayed in one of the older cottages. The shower was a little low for my husband's height, but it didn't bother him. The owner told us that they were replacing the older cottages next year. The newer cottages will have taller showers. The cottage we stayed in was still great. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was pretty quiet the nights we stayed. The views were beautiful and the heated saltwater pool was lovely and clean. The resort was in a good location locally. The location also made it easy for us to explore other parts of the state. We'd stay here again. Thanks!

The location was great, and the staff was friendly. I really like that they are pet friendly and they were very accommodating for my pup! The studio included a fridge, stove and microwave, so we were able to purchase some of our own food and drinks which was great!

The location was great and easy to get to. The room has a nice private balcony that is covered. We were able to sit on the balcony and overlook a really beautiful view of lake Winnipesaukee. Quiet location and very comfortable room!
Also, we forgot a couple small personal items in the room and Tony is amazing enough to ship them to me and I will pay him back for shipping.

Stunning location, super friendly staff, cute cottages! Janet was the best and the pool & hot tub were a treat overlooking the lake.

I think it’s a very nice location close to many activities! We have been several times in the lake region mainly during foliage season. From there you are not far from scenic driveways, hiking like rattlesnake (easy also to do with kids and really beautiful view) and lakes! We have been also horse back riding twice at the high meadow farm in Wolfeboro which I recommend for location and the kindness of the staff!
In 15 minutes you arrive in Holderness on the Squam lake where I recommend the inn and kitchen restaurant and a stop at Squam lake market place for sandwiches, local beer and gifts (not table inside thought)!
