Joel Reception was very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. We had an upgrade to a sea view which was amazing. Hearing the waves at night was special. The room felt private. We found the fridge and microwave good.

Beautiful new condo with great decorating and comfy beds. I loved the flooring selection with a pinch of blue. The location was perfect for all the restaurants close by. Kitchen was stocked with all supplies you can think of.

Beautiful place to visit for a few day or longer. Lots to see and do. Free beach access with splash pad and picnic area. All shops are within walking distance. Our children loved their stay and did not want to leave. As a family vacation a highly recommend. People are very friendly, lots of history, and great fun. The Plymouth colony which only a 2.5 miles away was very fun to see. We learned so much history, people dressed up as pilgrims played they part well as they pretended to know nothing about the modern world, but everything about what was going on in the 1600's. We really had a great time and would recommend this trip to anyone.

Nice hotel, clean, staff was nice, and beds and pillows were comfortable. One note, there was a hot tub in one of the pictures I saw, but not a recent one. It turns out they have become a big liability and the hotel removed it. The problem with the internet is pictures never go away and pop-up from years ago after changes have been made.

We loved it and wished we had planned a longer stay.
We loved it and wished we had planned a longer stay. Such a beautiful town near the beach. The highlight for us was the Mayflower II and Plymouth beach. We also loved seeing the National Monumnet to the Forefathers and visiting the Plimoth Patuxet Museum. The only downside was finding parking in town, and the cost of food was high. We were blessed though because when we went to Plymouth beach it was pretty much vacant as we went near the end of August and in the evening. We hope to come back again just to enjoy the town and the beaches.

I've been to Plymouth many times, so I didn't do much on this visit. It's a great destination for history buffs and the downtown is lovely. Do the touristy things on your first visit and then explore the coastline after that.

The problem was the weather - nothing anyone could do about that. I choose July 4th because of the concert and the fireworks. The concert was canceled. The fireworks were okay. I paid almost $400 for one night so I didn’t feel I got the most “bang for my buck.)! I wouldn’t do it again. We ate dinner at the East Bay Grille, which was excellent.

The people are friendly and helpful.
The people are friendly and helpful. Very courteous drivers letting pedestrians cross the busy streets. Felt very safe in this city.
The ocean scenery is beautiful and the history is amazing!
Easy to get around the city, all within walking distance.
Places to eat are easily accessible and many varieties.
As a tourist it took us a while to understand the pay to park situation. Once we understood it, all went well.
Would go back again and absolutely would advise others to see this charming place.
The advice our host gave about interesting activities during the tasty breakfasts made our short stay much better than the schedule we planned. Our host also helped us plan for the next stage of our vacation in Boston, provided interesting historical background, and gave tailored advice on restaurants.
It's in a relaxing location a few minutes drive from historical Plymouth, so it's in a good place to visit the surrounding areas while staying in a relaxing wooded area with plenty of space and comfort.
Room was clean and the breakfast was good.
While it was too cool to use it, the pool was very nice looking and there were all these little nooks on the property to explore a little outdoor living room area near an ice machine, outdoor tables to eat, etc. Plymouth, while historic and meaningful, is not a high end kind of a town like Newport. The property in general, had a very nice ambience that was nicer than the town itself.
-Beautiful main lobby.
-Pool was in a good spot, clean and fun for the kids.
-Room met expectations (clean, had storage for clothing, fridge, etc.).
-Loved all the ZERO/o products in the bathroom (eco-friendly, chemical free).
-Staff was courteous.
-Short drive from downtown Plymouth, close to highway to head to Cape Cod.
-Good pillows (not overly big like in some hotels).
Location. As a blizzard was approaching, I chose this hotel to avoid being at home alone possibly without power. Called ahead and desk confirmed there was a generator to serve on loss of power, and that the cute Bistro would be open Sat Sun brunch, and all nights for drinks and snacks. Left home enthused to stay at Hotel 1620. I have stayed there several times prior.
I definitely like the feel of the Fairfield Marriott. Everything was really quite nice. I just have to remember to get the king room that has that extra area in it with the sofa that really makes the hotel pop when I get that crappy standard King it just depresses me. But that's my fault it is what it is next time I'll know to make darn sure I get the right room.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel and the rooms were very clean and the beds were so comfortable.
The breakfast was great and reasonable, that had something for everyone and was conveniently located on the premises.
The location was perfect for us and only minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the beach.
We will definitely be back!
Really comfortable and recently renewed Holiday Inn Express Motel.
This Holiday Inn Motel is close to Plymouth (5 min by car) and located at the beginning of Cape Code area about 1h30 to Provincetown.
Very big and comfortable rooms, soft bed, good clean, breakfast included with also a small pool. Really professional and kind staff. Rate 10!
Beautiful condo, clean, easy to access, perfect location in heart of Plymouth harbor…highly exceeded our expectations! Host was amazing to work with! Could not have been a better experience! Highly recommended!! We can’t wait to come back to Plymouth, Massachusetts!
This is the 2nd time we stay at this location and the only place we’ll stay. The location and area is perfect there is shopping and restaurants everywhere. The rooms are clean and breakfast was amazing. We definitely recommend everyone we know to this hotel.
Plimouth Patuxet Museums less than 15 mins away. Booking.com, simple reservations.. Value and location a plus! Staff friendly and clean rooms. Cabby Shack chowdah in Plymouth, mmmm! Solid brew from Leyden Coffee across street!☕️Would stay again, thanks! 🙂
I really enjoyed the themed pool, as well as the game room, the spa, and the dining space. I feel like I could definitely enjoy the facility more if I stay longer, and it’s very convenient to visit the town and explore Plymouth from the hotel location.
Great location! Easy access to Route 3 to Boston or Cape Cod. Plymouth is a great town and this hotel is about 3 minutes from the downtown area. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Good breakfast, as well.
Against some of the reviews here, our room was really nice, modern and very clean. They must have renovated recently. The staff is super friendly and the location perfect to explore Plymouth and Cape Cod. Can definitely recommend!
Lovely place, amazing pool. Location is okay. Few minutes to the ocean. All the best restaurants are closer to the ocean. Very close to the mill. We went out of season so the area directly around the hotel was very quiet.
