Hub Motel, hotel in Redmond

This downtown Redmond, Oregon hotel features rooms with microwaves and refrigerators. The Hub Motel is 3.3 miles from Redmond Municipal Airport and has an on-site restaurant.

I will never stay at that place again, absolutely grossly filthy. Broken sink broken pictures on the wall the carpet was completely soiled and stained. The pills were so used that they were just flat. The air conditioner was broken apart and completely filthy dirty, the heater in the restroom was black it was so dirty. The room had the funkiest smell you have ever smelled before. The lamp was broken and taped together, the other light fixture was just exposed with no light bulb or shade on it.

The American small city perfected: clean, safe, fun, friendly, and functional. Lots of outdoor options and beauty, abundant food options, great places to stay, and very acccessible. Don't miss Smith Rocks, the P.S. Ogden Viewpoint, or Cline Falls Park. Then also visit nearby Sisters (and the state's best golf course at Aspen Lakes) and Bend, Oregon's "boom town" (with so much to offer). This is high desert and has four full seasons - sometimes within a week.

Redmond is a town that is on the rise.

Redmond is a town that is on the rise. Mainly a ranching community in the past, the town is rapidly becoming a population center with a different vibe. Many of the Central Oregon destinations are within one/two hours of downtown. Smith Rock is literally 15 minutes away. There is a wonderful view of the Cascade mtns personalities from Mt. Hood down to Mt. Bachelor. Great for hiking, rockhounding, nature watching, photographers and artists in general.

The town of Redmond has just about every little thing you might need for a trip into the desert. There were a few restaurants we wanted to try but didn't but they looked good! The only little health food store was closed on Monday, the day we needed something, but we did fine without it. We were on spring break and there was quite a number of people out and about but a few of the key dining spots were closed both Monday and Tuesday. I'm sure they would have been packed on both those days if they had paid attention to the calendar and been open more days of the spring break. The attractions there are so gorgeous we are excited to go again and explore more.

We did not use pool or rec room.

We did not use pool or rec room. We paid way too much for this room. The bed was comfortable. The fridge did not work so we kept food in a cooler on ice. The tv did not work. The tub filled up before you could finish taking a shower. The bed was comfortable though

Our room had a full kitchen, I loved it! There was a creek in the back with ducks in it. The sheets were crisp and loved the decor. We got up early on a Sunday and went to church then came back got our belongings and continued with our journey.

It is beautiful loved the golf at Eagle Crest Ridge Couse, Juniper GC, and Aspen GC. ate at Brickhouse, Diego's Niblets & Green/at Eagle Crest and final dinner was catered by Eagle Crest in the Convention Center. Motel 6 is Motel 6 and it is what it is with varying degrees of quality. This Motel 6 in Redmond was clean the beds were comfy. Unfortunately the receptionist seemed to have a bad day and the reception was bold. Upon presenting the booking data - no greeting of any kind. The ID was requested as in an interrogation and the rest of the check process was ice cold. Other than that - the ice machine was out of order but the veding machines worked. So - not much to say about the compound and the infrastructure.

We really enjoyed the wildlife in the area, the deer were beautiful. The staff was very great, we really liked the server named Amiya. There was a very nice housekeeper named Ryan who gave us great advice on where to eat on the property. We sincerely enoyed our stay, in the past we've been at a timeshare that had everything we needed. We would love to return to Eagle Crest, it is a beautiful property. We are not big "hotel" people, but it was a nice escape from our home on the Oregon Coast.

I expected a basic roadside hotel for some reason (the name?). Instead, this was a spotless, comfortable hotel with a welcoming lobby and a better than pandemic average breakfast. Most importantly, gentleman at the front desk, seeing I was in some distress (we'd gotten some bad news that day), went out of his way to check on me while on break and to bring me ice water. I cannot remember another experience like that. His compassion touched me and improved my situation. Well done.

Room was generally quiet despite the road traffic. Nice comfy armchairs and a table where we ate our very good complementary breakfast of fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagel and cream cheese, juice, tea or coffee, pastry. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Position is great as near the airport, can walk easily to centre of Redmond, A Safeway suermarket next door. Easy travel on highway either direction. Complemenary tea and coffee in room along with fridge and microwave.

This is a nice accommodation option in Redmond. Positioned near shops and restaurants, it is a good location for access to the main Bend/Redmond Rd. We used the onsite gym, which consisted of two treadmills, a stat bike, and an elliptical trainer. There is also a small multi-gym. The included breakfast was actually much better than anticipated, with muffins, various cereals, a pancake maker, and some fried food options.

We had reserved a room with two queen beds, which in most hotels are side-by-side in the main room. Our room had a separate room (more of a big alcove) with the second queen bed in it. Lovely privacy. The coffee in the breakfast room was excellent, best we had had on our 10-day trip. And our room looked over the canal, so it was like being next to a small river. Very peaceful. We will stay there again.

Hampton Inn Redmond Oregon location is within minutes of where our family lives. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Hotel is super clean with more than adequate parking. Breakfast buffet offers delicious hot foods and is well stocked with a variety of beverages, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc. We will definitely be staying at this same location in the future.

Checked in late but the man at the desk was friendly and very helpful. Large room, comfortable bed, very good WiFi, microwave and mini fridge always a plus. On this trip, really appreciated the guest laundry room! Airport shuttle also came in handy since friends gave me a ride to hotel and I didn't want to burden them requesting a ride to the airport the next day.
