I give 5 stars for location, but cleaning had some issues, when we keep a sign Do not disturb then later cleaners would not come to clean it even after calling a concierge. It was a bit annoying. As well they are not flexible maintaining relationship with a customer. We wanted to add a night from a colleague who left early and they said no… I would expect better service as well. Low professiknalism.

OMG the beds are just so comfortable - just like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect with everything being in walking distance. Whilst on the corner of busy Lombard Street, the traffic and street noise did not bother us. Would definitely stay here again if we are lucky enough to revisit San Francisco.
