Please install SAFETY BARS on the bath tub and slip guard too, very dangerous to seniors who will take shower like me, I am not looking forward to take a shower that way, it was slippery and very dangerous for fall… management should review it before anything bad should happen, otherwise the place is nice and comfy to stay.

The room is clean and quite.
The room is clean and quite. Except during the airplanes flyover. Everything else is just close to perfect for valued hotels. Good breakfast and free parking in their garage is also a big plus. I would recommend others to stay during their visits here in SFO.

Transportation accessible to the shops and to the BART.
Transportation accessible to the shops and to the BART. Lots of places to eat. We had the best desserts at Patio Filipino: mango crumble and halo halo with ube ice cream. We love the shops and restaurants in Millbrae.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly.
The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet during our stay.
During our check out the clerk offered to assist us to the shuttle bus because my husband was having some issues, The young man was very thoughtful.
We used the offered shuttle to the airport, it was full but the driver was very cheerful so early in the morning (5:00 a.m.) with a full bus and very large suitcases.
Thank you for everything

San Bruno is an area close to the airport.
San Bruno is an area close to the airport.
It's a hotel strip with one hotel after another. It looked rather a business area than a communal area although there were houses there as well.
You can find supermarkets, diners, restaurants and fast food joints there. Just right to grab a bite before you catch some zzz's before your next flight - without paying premium rates of the airport hotel.

An overnight stay is too short a time to give a decent review. However there were numerous places to eat, and supermarkets such as Safeways & Walgreens within a short walking distance. We had a great pizza from Zorba’s Pizza across the road from the hotel
Clean, close to the airport, many outlets including on the bedside tables, and it's within walking distance to downtown San Bruno aka San Mateo Ave, where there are many shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. I highly recommend West Coast Cafe - a fantastic Italian restaurant with a great ambiance. Also, Totos pizza if you want something delivered, a local establishment that has been around for 50+ years.
I chose this hotel due to proximity to the airport, as I landed late, and my next flight was early. It's a no-frills hotel, but I say more modern and fresh than the usual ones I go to, in terms of the quality of the room and bathroom. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and I enjoyed it. Breakfast starts at 06:30 so if your flight is really early, it's possible you might miss it.
Staff was very accommodating about our early departure on our first stay and very late arrival on our second stay (both on legs from the East Coast to Hawaii with an overnight in SF). This is a reasonably priced hotel close to SFO. The airport shuttle service was great when it was available. Best for travelers doing an overnight, close to airport stay.
aloha I was traveling alone from Hawaii to San Francisco to New York back to San Francisco and back home to Hawaii. I stayed in a five-star hotel in New York and by far Sonesta hotel was the best stay I’ve had in a long time the suite I had was incredibly clean with all amenities and the staff are amazing friendly. Thank you I’ll be back.
The suite was spacious and comfortable to stay in with my family, lots of space to chat while still having some opportunity for personal space. The hotel shuttle was on time and efficient, the breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options, with everything that ran out being replaced quickly by friendly staff members.
Beds were large and comfortable
Hotel shuttle was a nice addition
Staff were really friendly and allowed us to store luggage
Good location in relation to airport and accessible to San Francisco via public transport
Free tea/coffee available throughout day in reception area
Very very clean place. The room was very cozy - in fact I hadn't slept deeply in a hotel in some time. Very helpful that its less than 10 minutes to the airport. Very elegant place for the money I felt. I would definitely come here again.
It’s good value for the money. The hotel is not the newest and most updated but it’s in pristine condition, everything looks, feels and smells clean. Breakfast was pretty decent too and having the shuttle to the airpot was very convenient.
