The room was large, clean and comfortable. The pool and Hot tub was open and well kept. Hot breakfast with lots of delicious options for the kids. The staff were great brought extra pillows to my room within minutes of being asked!

It is a bit hard to rate the Esther Lee in comparison to other places we have stayed in Lincoln City. Our one-bedroom unit with kitchen had everything we needed, and the furniture including the bed was all comfortable and seemed to be fairly new. However, this is an older motel, and there are some signs of wear such as rust on the baseboard heater in the bathroom and carpet which isn't the best floor covering for a beach motel. WiFi was good. Our room was quiet. There is no breakfast option, but we prefer to make our own and enjoy the view, so that was fine for us. It is only a 5-minute walk to Inn at Spanish Head if you want to go out for breakfast, drinks, or dinner with a view. We chose this spot for the view and beach access. A minus tide was predicted for early morning, and checkout was not until 11 AM so we could visit the beach early without checking out of our room. We were comfortable and would definitely stay here again in the future, but some people might be looking for more "luxury."

The room was a good size, king bed very comfy. Nice desk/writing area as well as sitting area with ocean views.
The bathroom was a bit tight on space and placement of the shower head oddly low, though not a problem for either of us. Small fridge and microwave useful. Fresh ground coffee to take to your room if that's your thing. The view over the beach and ocean is quite nice.
