Although the location is away from the centre of St. Augustine, the site is beautiful and well maintained and situated approx. 1 mile from Interstate 95. It is gated, secure and very quiet. The facilities were more than plentiful for myself as a solo traveller. There were several instances of inclement weather during my stay, but the reception desk kept everyone appraised as to possible danger & temporary closure of pool, etc.

This hotel needs an update! Oh wait, they were actually doing it while we were there - jack hammering and drilling at 8 am right above us. Did not appreciate the noise. Took forever to get the front desk staff to assist with me with getting connected to the high speed Wifi. Could never get our Firestick connected to their ancient, tiny TV though.
