I have for many years used the Hampton brand thinking the premium in price was worth it , twice now I have been left disappointed and out of pocket , I don't know if the whole brand is having issues or I have just been unlucky.
The overall hotel is nice .

Everything ! Our room was clean, updated with a super comfortable bed with full size pillows. Hilton has the best breakfast in the industry and this Hampton didn't disappoint. Light, fluffy eggs with turkey sausage and the biscuits were awesome. Shout out to the friendly staff who gave us water and vouchers for free snacks!
We really enjoyed our first trip to Kentucky and we will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful hotel.
this hotel is absolute TRASH!!!! DO. NOT STAY HERE!!!! the rooms smell horrible, they’re musty. multiple people walked in on me!!!!! I would sue if I could. I had 2 cleaning people randomly walk in while I was sleeping then an older lady kept tryin to get into my door. manager came by and forced me to open my door so they could get my TWO dirty towels. it was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. They need to shut down.
The staff at the reception was exceptionally helpful and polite.
The breakfast selection was the best I have seen in comparably-priced hotels - there were even gluten-free items. You could eat a hearty and healthy oatmeal bowl with nuts and dried fruits and a few varieties of milk. There were eggs and potatoes and bacon for a hot breakfast, and a selection of cold options like hard-boiled eggs and yogurt.
Holiday Inns Express are not luxury hotels, but they are typically comfortable and convenient. This one was both of those. I appreciate the placement of power outlets and USB ports at table-level, rather than near the floor. There was plenty of horizontal space for unpacking and for working (e.g., using a laptop).
The breakfast offerings were varied and ample.
I loved the fact that everyone and I mean everyone who worked there had spoke to me and my wife. A gentleman from way down the hall as I was passing by went out of his way to let me know hope you are having a great day.The hotel was very clean as well as our room. This is the best stay we have had a very very long time. We even stayed an additional night.
The staff was very friendly however I was upset that i specifically chose this hotel for the indoor pool and then found out when I checked in that it had been closed for 3 years due to needing repairs, and there’s also the fact that the toilet wouldn’t flush without being plunged every time
I have for many years used the Hampton brand thinking the premium in price was worth it , twice now I have been left disappointed and out of pocket , I don't know if the whole brand is having issues or I have just been unlucky.
The overall hotel is nice .
The location right off the highway was very convenient. The owner/staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was VERY spacious and comfortable. It was more like a suite than just a hotel room.
Room was fine but desk chair was extremely stained. Water was hot quickly in the shower. Obviously hotel is undergoing some needed upgrades which is a good thing. Pleasant exterior.
