Due to the poor snow conditions, one had to travel to St Anton to find snow.
However, the hotel is great and the meals are wonderful. The staff is very friendly. The location is beautiful. Nice sauna, too!

Loved the attention to small details to make each guest feel like part of a family. Management willing to help with even the most minor things.
Breakfast was always fresh and had such variety. It was a shame to have to stop eating to be able to ski without being too stuffed

Britta and her team were really reactive and pleasant. They are always reachable and available. Excellent services offered. The chalet (rufikopf) was clean, recent and nicely decorated. Perfect to host 2 couples and 2 kids. The sauna was brand new and clean. Really nice to have in the chalet. The TV room in the basement was cool. The hotel is fine and really close to the parking if you want to ski (3min drive). You could even take the bus which is stopping in front of the hotel or walk there in around 10min. The staff were friendly and the check-in/out were quite fast.
