Attractively located in the Perdizes district of Sao Paulo, Hospedaria Santo André is situated 1.2 km from Allianz Parque, 3.4 km from Latin America Memorial and 4.1 km from Pacaembu Stadium. Everything is perfect. The staff, the location, the room, space and cost. I don’t know how much they might be charging when you read this but for me it was below average price and higher than average in value.

Noon Vila Madalena has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and terrace in Sao Paulo. Very friendly and thoughtful staff, clean and spacious room, nice rooftop pool

Really sweet hotel, good breakfast, rooms very clean and surroundings are lovely :) Bathroom was one of the best I had in South America/Brazil so far

Transamérica Executive Perdizes features a rooftop scenic pool and a restaurant. Complimentary breakfast is served daily. Transamerica was my choice due to its proximity to Allianz Parque since the main reason for my trip to São Paulo was the Twice concert. It's not that close to a metro station (20-minute walk). However, it's perfect if you are attending an event at Allianz. In addition to location, another prerequisite for me comes with an office space. I work and study remotely, so that's a must. The room also has many sockets. It's essential nowadays, as we carry notebooks, cell phones, power banks, and so on. The breakfast offers variety, with replacements all the time, natural juices, and full of vegetarian options. And the service at reception was so warm, I felt at home. :)

Situated in Sao Paulo and with Pacaembu Stadium reachable within 1.7 km, HOTEL PERDIZES - FLAT Executivo - 504 features a terrace, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a bar. Only stayed one night but staff was kind and professional, facilities clean and reasonably modern and well maintained. Room was confortable, the view was not particularly great ... other close by buildings.
