I asked for a birthday cake for my daughters 11th birthday in the last minute and the hotel went above and beyond to provide us one in the same day. will definitely be back

Almost perfect from all aspects. Stuff are helpful and friendly. The room was absolutely huge and beautiful. The breakfast was nice as well. I will. definitely come back when visiting Hamburg again.

The room was super clean and comfortable, spacious enough for a single traveller, with a nice shower. The personnel are polite and welcoming. It was very quiet during the night - no issues at all with the street noise.
