All the facilities both in the room and in public spaces are perfect. All the staff members are really helpful and accommodating. I would not like to stay any other hotels in London.

Situated in the heart of Knightsbridge, Bvlgari Hotel London features 85 beautifully appointed spacious rooms and suites, an elegant bar and restaurant, a 25-metre swimming pool, private cinema, and a... To start, the staff were amazing, made me very relaxed and comfortable, i wish i could remember names to thank them all here!, when checking in i was allowed to the room at 11:50am, something i did not expect at all.. the Hotel's location is super amazing, its 200m away from HARRODS and 200m away fro the HYDE PARK!

Lovely hotel, beautiful English decor, gorgeous large suite, amazing location, historic bar, friendly staff, beautiful Christmas decorations. We loved everything about the hotel.

With its own Mediterranean restaurant and just a minute’s walk from South Kensington Underground Station, The Ampersand is a cosmopolitan hotel set in a large Victorian building. Everything was superb about The Ampersand! Staff were amazing very friendly and professional and efficient ! Very clean hotel ! And the location is very convenient !!
