Located in Rome, Monastero dei Santi is a 5-star hotel featuring a restaurant, free parking, a bar and a terrace. A concierge service, 24-hour front desk. We drove from veneza to Rome and because of an acident ir took as 11 hours instead of 5! But we called the property and Giovanni was very kind. He suggested us to order a dinner because the restaurant closes at 23:00 and we would arrive at midnight. So we ordered. We arrived 00:00 and he was there with a big smile, and tok all the 6 very havy suitcases to our wonderful room! Then he showed the terrace and asked if we would prefer to have the table setted ar the terrace or in our room( already settled). We asked if ir wouldnt be too much work at the terrace and without no doubt he answered ot no problem. So the service was perfect! Best place in Italy we were well treated and it was 1:30 in the morning!! So dor sure we will recomend and come back again. Room was wonderfull, the view perfect, the food and wine list gourgeous and we had a very short but wonderfull time to say goodbye to Rome in our last day! Thanks Giovanni

The staff was very nice and very welcoming specially the guys at the hotel receptions. The hotel is clean and nice 😊 Breakfast was good. The location is perfect! Great experienced!

Vam arribar a les 11 de la nit i a la nostra habitació no teníem aigua. Ens van fer un canvi d'habitació. Les habitacions estaven prou bé. L'esmorzar senzill però hi havia de tot (dolç, salat, fruita...).

We left an item in our room when we checked out and the staff were very helpful finding it and holding it for us to collect.

El Tiberio està situat al barri residencial de Balduina, a 20 minuts a peu dels Museus Vaticans. Location gave easy access to sites - wonderful breakfast each morning, with lots of options - the room was delightful - staff were friendly and helpful - great lobby for relaxing before and after a big day touring Rome - they went over-and-above helping me set up the room with flowers and treats as a surprise for my wife on our 50th wedding anniversary.

El Best Western Plus Hotel Spring House es troba als afores de les muralles del Vaticà, a 5 minuts a peu de l'estació de metro de Cipro-Musei Vaticani. Above all the cordiality and kindness of the whole staff, from reception to breakfast, housekeeping, restaurant and the evening bar, everyone was always so happy and helpful and and made our time so Edy and enjoyable!!

Hotel Pacific boasts 50 years of welcoming tradition and experience in a completely renovated building, close to Saint Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums, elegant neighbourhood in the Eternal... Room was clean, buffet breakfast had variety and was all very good, location was excellent for me, a few steps from work but also quite close to the Vatican and to the metro station. Staff is great.

Aquest hotel, de gestió familiar, està situat davant dels museus del Vaticà i l'entrada de la Capella Sixtina. Hi ha una terrassa assolellada amb vista sobre la basílica de Sant Pere. It was open 24h, really close to the Vatican museum entry and really good location. The room was pretty clean and comfortable
