Super convenient and close to station. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are excellent. Best onsen i came across as the temp is 41c. Not too hot. Ive been to 10 or more onsen on this trip and all of them were too hot for my liking. This is the best temperature, and they also have outdoor which is a bonus.

They were so understanding and helpful with the many issues that came up throughout our trip! The facilities in the hotel were also wonderful and everything very enjoyable and comfortable in our room. The location is also great, close to so many stores to shop at, eat and walk around.

Smile Hotel Kobe Motomachi is within a 2-minute walk from JR Motomachi Train Station. It offers modern rooms with free internet access and a flat-screen satellite TV. Very convenient because it's near the station, and it's beside china town. The staff are so attentive and nice. We'll come back for sure.
