Everything was just so great in this hotel. They have very nice scenery and beautiful onsen. The breakfast and dinner are both delicious. We would like express our gratitude the staff at the hotel. I have inadvertently left a down jacket at the hotel. They kept it nicely and helped me to send it back home.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at this ryokan - the setting is just beautiful, and the rooms are well-equipped and comfortable. The common areas are also furnished beautifully, and it just felt like a home away from home. Loved having onsen baths - both public and private ones - on the premises, and the location is just great (though Kurokawa Onsen is admittedly pretty compact and easy to get around in the first place). Staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to help. Could not recommend this place more.

타노하라 강(Tanohara River)을 따라 자리한 구로카와 온천 지역(Kurokawa Onsen hot spring area)의 이 숙박 시설은 한적한 자연으로 둘러싸여 있습니다. Oku no Yu Ryokan은 매력적인 일본식 객실과 다양한 온천탕을 제공합니다. Oku no yu was great! The staff picked us up from the bus station and dropped us off. The facilities had a public and many private onsens to try. The staff helped us set up our futons and there were yukatas for us in the room. We had breakfast there and it was very yummy. Overall, great experience and would recommend!

Located in the centre of Kurokawa Onsen, Oyado Noshiyu offers outdoor and indoor hot-spring baths, Japanese-style accommodations and a traditional teahouse. A wonderful place with wonderful people. A special mention for the English speaking staff

Everything; the hospitality of the staff, kaiseki in private dining room, the room, and private onsen.

The host was very helpful, professional and friendly. The furniture and all appliances are of high quality and felt luxurious. The private onsen was very nice as well. The house is located remotely and has a unique and exclusive feel to it. All in all we felt that we had a special stay.
