The facilities and our room were very clean. There was a good selection of free amenities as well. We could not hear any noises from the outside which was one of our worries. The staff was extremely nice and attentive; they even gave us four umbrellas on the day we were checking out because of heavy rain. We told them we could not return them and they insisted on giving them to us.

We loved the secret doors and the private access to the viewing platform of the tower. The welcome tea and sweets were the best ones we had on the trip. Staff were absolutely incredible. We had checked out, we were waiting at the elevator and it started to rain. A staff came running with an umbrella for us.

Com uma boa localização no centro de Nagoya, Travelodge Nagoya Sakae fornece pequeno-almoço buffet e acesso Wi-Fi gratuito em toda a propriedade. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They have yamato luggage delivery so we never had to worry about sending our luggage from airport to hotel and back. Washer / dryer is important and they have this as well. We love that the shower enclosure is separate from the toilet and that the bathroom flooring is the same height as the room floor (we won't trip going to the toilet especially at night). Lawsons and Family Mart are really close by. Walking distance to a pharmacy and train station, even to Nagoya Tower. Lobby smells amazing, it's so calming.

I wasn’t expecting the drying machine in my room and I absolutely loved it. I also wasn’t expecting the room to be so big. The beds were also very comfortable.

I can’t say enough praise about this hotel! The room was spotless and beautiful and very very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious a 10/10. We got stuck in the room during a typhoon and this was definitely the best room for that! The shower/tub were amazing, the beds were comfortable, the massagers were very hand after a very exhausting week exploring. The staff was very friendly and helpful and kept our bags after we checked out so we could explore the city for the day. And finally the location was great, right in the middle of everything and not too long it a walk from the station. I would say this is the best money I’ve ever spent on a hotel room for sure and I honestly didn’t want to check out when it was time to leave! Highly highly highly recommend the hotel forza for your stay in Nagoya!

Spacious room, comfortable bed and pillows, we enjoyed their massage pillow, the place was very clean, 7-11 right next door, close to shops. There is a washing machine which is a bonus. The staff helped us fill the Japanese forms to transfer our luggage to the next hotel. Our luggages were already at our next destination as we checked in.
