The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to improve the customers satisfaction which is something i liked. also, the two women gikdom (sorry for the name misspelling), Melissa and the other man were very kind to me! All the whole reception were respectful and had good manners. Adding the salon, they were surprisingly skillful and respectful! Also gentle with my hair. Staying in this hotel was worth it.

Not only were all the staff very welcoming but they were also extremely helpful. I also liked the cozy neighborhood and the fact that everything we needed was accessible within a stone’s throw. I want to thank the following staff: Ercan, Recep, Fahri, Turgut and Erol for all their efforts to help us. I really recommend this hotel for those who would like to stay away from the hustle and bustle of other crowded areas of Istanbul.
