The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to improve the customers satisfaction which is something i liked. also, the two women gikdom (sorry for the name misspelling), Melissa and the other man were very kind to me! All the whole reception were respectful and had good manners. Adding the salon, they were surprisingly skillful and respectful! Also gentle with my hair. Staying in this hotel was worth it.

The stay was amazing , the hotel is very clean and surrounded by all services that you need during your stay . The stuff is really very kind and helpful especially ilayda, Azra. And their manager Kaan is super nice . Many thanks from my heart and hope to see you again in my next visit

This historical waterfront hotel overlooks the Bosphorus and offers air-conditioned rooms and suites with an LCD TV. The hotel’s interior is a combination of modern, Ottoman and Baroque architecture. We would like to thank the lady at the reception who helped us get to the room immediately without waiting at the entrance. All of the staff are extremely friendly and high-level people. The breakfast room and breakfast of this hotel, whose location I know well, are excellent. Hope to See you again.
