The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to improve the customers satisfaction which is something i liked. also, the two women gikdom (sorry for the name misspelling), Melissa and the other man were very kind to me! All the whole reception were respectful and had good manners. Adding the salon, they were surprisingly skillful and respectful! Also gentle with my hair. Staying in this hotel was worth it.

Hilton Istanbul Maslak ligger i sentrum av Maslak, Istanbuls handelssentrum med mange forretningssentre og underholdningstilbud. Everybody was very polite and took care of every need we had. At the Front Desk Miss Selbi, Miss Aysenur; the Chefs, waiter and Waitresses at Zaxi, the staffs at the Spa Area. Thank to everybody that they host us and we felt ourselves so special. We would definitely recommend it to families with kids.
