It was lovely and comfortable, staff were fantastic, it was so clean and location was perfect, it also smelled amazing. Hotel extremely close to RAMS park stadium and metro lines.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to improve the customers satisfaction which is something i liked. also, the two women gikdom (sorry for the name misspelling), Melissa and the other man were very kind to me! All the whole reception were respectful and had good manners. Adding the salon, they were surprisingly skillful and respectful! Also gentle with my hair. Staying in this hotel was worth it.

Thank to everybody that they host us and we felt ourselves so special. We would definitely recommend it to families with kids.

Everything excellent, amazing staff in reception also cleaner ( Mr.Ali Bugra, Mrs.Selen, Mrs. Serpil, Mr. Erhan and others), Location. But they have to work in food menus hardly.

We would like to thank the lady at the reception who helped us get to the room immediately without waiting at the entrance. All of the staff are extremely friendly and high-level people.
