This Florida boutique hotel offers a spacious outdoor swimming pool. The property is 2.5 miles from the Miami International Airport and 4 miles from the waterfalls and grottoes of the Venetian Pool. Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.

The room was big, clean & comfortable. The staff were friendly. There was a gym there which was perfect for what we needed. We stayed at this hotel as it was close to the airport. The beds were super comfy as well. Besides what we didn't like, we would still definitely stay here again! :)

This Miami, Florida Best Western offers an indoor pool, free WiFi, and a complimentary full hot breakfast. The bed was very comfortable. Very clean. The only thing that was lacking, was the breakfast. Nothing special.

The wifi was fantastic, head and shoulders above other area hotels who provide low speed unreliable wifi. The wifi alone made me want to always come back

In my case, everything felt very cozy. The air conditioning and heater worked well, and the room's space was large enough for a single person, as was my case. The desk is ideal for those who need to use their laptop for work or simply to place things on it. The TV works perfectly. The bed is the item that takes all the attention. It is very comfortable and warm. A great experience.

This experience has definitely raised the bar for 2-star hotels. I've been all over Europe and this hotel offered me a great experience at a fraction of one considered 3-stat hotels in Paris.
