At night you can hear the waves. Perfect location if you want a quiet brake away. Lots of bird life. We loved our stay and will definately come back.

This lodge was set in stunning grounds…we had no idea how beautiful the surrounding mountains were as we arrived in the dark. Reception were very accommodating of our late arrival (due to two major road diversions). We had a 2 bedroom lodge and a double room, perfect for an older family of five. The breakfast was lovely too.

It was our second time there. The ice-cream they sell is the best in the whole world. Their baby cows are so cute. The bubble bath is just to die for - really so wonderful. Fabulous tents so well equipped and great to be on edge of dam, although very noisy with birds. Great food and staff. Good to see the wildlife conservation, went to see lions being fed
