Price for the accommodation is very good. The location is in a working-class quiet neighborhood. There are many conveniences like restaurants, banks, grocery stores, and shopping malls that are close by.

Don't expect luxury, some small details weren't the best in the world (bed was hard), but for a traveler looking to experience the desert on a budget it's just fine. Very principally located to the main plaza - where the bus drops you off from Neiva, where there are restaurants and where you can find transportation to the desert. We were happy with our decision to stay in town instead of the desert.
