The staff was amazing, from the reception desk to the lifeguards and cleaning personnel. The hotel has a great view in the morning as well as in the evening, with all its rooms oriented towards the seaside. The rooms are very spacious, the coffee at the lobby bar is very nice as well as the cocktails served there and and the pool bar. The gym is top notch comparable to 5 stars hotels in The Middle East.

The four-star Hotel&SPA Diamant Residence is situated only 450 meters from the sandy beach and 2 km. from Nessebar – a historical city listed as World Heritage by UNESCO. I was with my family with two kids and all of us were happy with the food options for each meal. Food, Drinks ,desserts - everything was just perfect. The animation group does not let guests to be bored - they are fascinating! The evening shows and games were very entertaining - we all had a lot of fun ! There were also kids disco each night that my daughter loved ! We all had a very good time!

La struttura pulita e molto bella, sono molto attenti e mettono sempre tutto in ordine e puliscono sempre. Una bellissima vista al mare, con una spiaggia finissima e pulita. L'acqua del mare così limpida che nemmeno in Nord Italia non ho trovato. Alla sera la struttura ci offriva gli spettacoli live con musica bellissima. In poche parole ECCELLENTE!! 😍🤩

The room was comfortable and clean, it rained but still was a lovely stay, it has a nice swimming pool , you can park for free outside and it's just right in front of a small and quiet non turisty beach. Less than 5 minutes of car ride or walking to the nearest town.
