Hotel je izvrstan,sve je na nivou od apartmana u kojem smo boravili do Spa sadržaja.Kupanje u topilima na svežem vazduhu pod okriljem borove šume je izuzetan užitak.Hrana u restoranu je izuzetno kvalitetna,raznovrsna,posebno bih pohvalila kvalitetne suhomesnate proizvode,ukusne sireve neobičnih kombinacija sa voćem.Za večeru nude izbor od pet predjela,glavnih jela sa prilogom i tri vrste kolača.Sve od ponuđenog spada u vrhunsku gastronomiju sačinjeno od kvalitetnih komada mesa i povrća.Pored toga na raspolaganju je bogat švedski sto sa velikim izborom pršuta,sireva,salata,hladnih salata kao i peciva.Čistoća je na visokom nivou,posteljina se menja svaki drugi dan,peškira u Spa sekciji na slobodnom raspolaganju,dobar izbor Spa sadržaja i masaža.Osoblje ljubazno i nenametljivo.Zaista smo oduševljeni boravkom u ovom hotelu pogotovo što imamo sina u invalidskim kolicima tako da smo imali maximalan ugođaj i tretman u tom pogledu.Ponovo bi boravili u ovom izvrsnom hotelu ako se cene ne budu drastično promenile u sledećoj sezoni.

Located in Velingrad, Hotel Infinity & Spa Park Velingrad boasts a year-round outdoor pool and spa centre. Guests can enjoy a meal at the on-site restaurant. We chose SPA Hotel Infinity Park because we wanted a relaxing experience, something different from our usual holidays where we go somewhere and we "run" about visiting various attractions. The fact that Infinity Park is rated 5 stars and it had great reviews made our choice easier. We got everything we wanted and more! The hotel looks great and modern. The room was surprisingly big, with an adequate balcony, beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very nice and in excellent condition. Seriously, everything one could expect from a 5 stars hotel. The food! oh my God, the food! We had breakfast and dinner in our package and each meal was exceptional! A plethora of options, enough to satisfy even a hardened critic, like my wife :) We also had luch and the a la carte menu was also varied and the food was delicious. One thing that was particularly impressive was that deserts had a home-made taste to them! The spa services are varied also, lots of saunas, jacuzzies, pools, they can be viewed in the pictures. What is important is that they are very well maintained and very, very clean. We each enjoyed a massage service and we were both extremely satisfied! We will definitely return here and I am especially thrilled to experience this place during the winter :)

Hotel Dalia is a family-run hotel in a peaceful area of the famous Velingrad Spa Resort. It offers an all year outdoor pool with hot mineral water with temperature between 33 and 39 degrees celsius. It''s my third stay there , over 5 years. This time, I took my mother there, for her 91st birthday, and she was delighted. The owners and the staff are as caring as they used to be, the pool is as nice as before, and everything is still functional and clean. The street is quiet at night, so you can have a good rest. And when you walk around, the views are lovely.

The food was great. The location was excellent. Peaceful and yet very comfortable with the restaurant there. In the village which is right beside the location you can reach a supermarket within 10 minutes if you want anything else such as food or beverages. The staff was very polite and helpful in all aspects. We had a great time and were able to relax and enjoy even with a 7 years old with us. We will definitely go again :)

Villa Kalvachevi is located in a quiet and peaceful place with panoramic views of the Batak dam. Everything was cosy. The jacuzzi and pool were nice and available at all times. The hosts were quite welcoming. There were common spaces available to all guest. Whole families come to chill there.
