Every detail of our stay at this place was incredible! Very kind and helpful people at the reception as well as everywhere else at the hotel (restaurant, spa,..). Breakfast was just amazing and spa facilities were great too. The views - spectacular! Was very hard leaving this place and we will definetely return when in Grindelwald!

This family-owned hotel is quietly situated in Interlaken, 200 metres from the Interlaken West Station. Free Wi-Fi access and free parking are offered. I've asked several questions prior to my visit and the hotel always came back with prompt and helpful responses! The owner of the hotel, a lovely lady, greeted me at the reception and provide great travel advices in Interlaken. The location of the hotel is amazing - less than 10 mins to Interlaken West train station, and around 15 mins to go to the old town (Unterseen). Breakfast buffet includes delicious Swiss bread, cheese, meat slices, and cereals. Highly recommend it!

Familiedrevne Hotel Staubbach var ett av de første hotellene i Lauterbrunnen. Herfra har du panoramautsikt over Staubbach og Lauterbrunnen-dalen. Hotel Staubbach was amazing! The staff was friendly and the facilities were super comfortable! I like that the place had a very intimate feel to it, making you feel like home. It is a little far from the train station (8 mins walk, especially compared to the other hotels) but I find that to be the good part as that is how you get the better views.

We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a view of the 2nd larges waterfall in Switzerland. The room was quiet, but a little bit small if you were staying during ski season. Great for hiking though. I laughed when I saw deer on the menu from across the other side of the world (NZ), it was delicious. The staff were friendly and the food (dinner and breakfast) was amazing. 10/10!
