Lomailija tunsi olevansa tervetullut hotelliin. Meitä odotti tervetuliaisjuomat ja kaunis huone. Virkailijat olivat lämminhenkisiä ja palvelualttiita! Aamupala oli erityisen loistokas ! Itse kokki kävi jututtamassa asiakkaita! Todellakin haluttiin palvella hyvin! Hotelli oli hyvällä maulla sisustettu! Ja henkilökunta avuliasta ja osaavaa.

Kloster Hornbach is located in Hornbach among the picturesque hills of Rhineland-Palatinate, 1 km from the French border. Calm, elegant and relaxed atmosphere. Staff very attentive and the owner of the hotel introduced himself and welcomed us at dinner. The staff went the extra mile to make sure everything was great. Several ‘extras’ at other hotels were included, such as a welcome sparkling wine on arrival, a piece of cake in the bedroom and a stocked minibar which was all free of charge. They even gave us a couple of bottles of water for our onward journey on check out. Absolutely faultless throughout, evening meal was of very high quality and not too pricey.
