The lobby and coffee shop in the lobby is comfortable and quiet. The staff is very helpful and pleasant from the reception to the massage therapists to the serving staff in the restaurant and bar to the cleaning staff. We were lucky to get a free upgrade to a deluxe executive Suite. The rooms were massive, and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. It is sad that we stayed here only one night. The breakfast buffet was exhaustive and tasty. They even have 24/7 room service.
