The Basalt Hotel staff crew has been exceptional in communication. We had a last minute flight cancellation which would result in a 3am hotel check-in. The Basalt crew handled our situation really well. Our room was exceptionally huge for its size. We loved the view of our room and we even had daily housekeeping. The outdoor hot tub was something we enjoyed using, especially after a long day out. Hotel breakfast was ok, good to have.

We were very pleased we were given our room 1 hour early since we flew in that morning from Denver and had missed the night.
