I like the property, it has two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dinning table, bathroom includes washing machine. You can cook but needs to get the utensil from the lobby. I stayed at this property for 9 nights.This property just like my temporary house in Japan.

Open from September 2019, only 150 metres from JR Hakata Train Station, Miyako Hotel Hakata offers stylish rooms with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Unlike the Miyako in Kyoto, this 208-room property is not associated with Westin/Marriott. The hotel is relatively new, around four years old when writing this. We picked the Miyako Hotel Hakata for its excellent location right adjacent to the Hakata train station. The reception is on the third floor. The staff is friendly and professional, and the rooms are excellent - very spacious and bright. Fully equipped with any amenities you might need and with fantastic beds and pillows. The lights, curtains and drapes are controlled by a tablet on a bedside table. The hotel features a lovely outdoor pool on the top floor amd also has a good restaurant for breakfast and dinner. We tried the ten course dinner and it was very good. When in Fukuoka we will pick the Miyako again. One of the top hotels we have stayed at during our many hotel nights in Japan. I had not slept that well for many years. Pillows are down tyoe and so relaxing. Bed will not move even when your partner turns in bed. The room layout is modern and well throught. Quiet environment. Curtains block the light perfectly well. Community area with good coffee, microwave, oven, ample space to eat and relax outside of your room.

Staffs are VERY kind and friendly. They really welcomed us truthfully. Room was SO big and SUPER CLEAN and the bedding were really comfy so I slept well everyday. Nice view from the room. You can see the whole lake from the balcony. You can have some cup nuddles and coffee anytime in the public lounge which is open 24hr. Some tablewares, microwaves and hot water are also provided for free in the lounge which is very useful. Strongly recommend this place to you.

Situated in Yufu, 43 km from Oita Bank Dome, 旅館 竹屋 Takeya features accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. The location was perfect for me, 10 minutes walking from the train / bus station and on top of a light hill, so the view from our room was incredibly nice. (This also means that if you are going on foot you have to walk uphill, no big deal for us, but if you have heavy luggage it could be difficult). Both dinner and breakfast were japanese-style, but not too traditional on both taste and texture (I say this as a plus, because my partner is not keen on super traditional Japanese cooking and still managed to eat most of his breakfast). We were also offered non-meat options beforehand, which is great! The building is a mixture of western and japanese styles, so for example the common room has high tables and chairs and a parquet, while the rooms have tatami. Everything was lovely, the common area had a beautiful terrace with a view, our room had a small balcony with outside seats and a private onsen bathtub. The owner is a very nice man and we chatted during dinner. We speak good enough Japanese, so language wasn't a problem, but the owner also speaks good enough English and is very helpful. We had free access to coffee, tea and water from the common room and two complimentary water bottles in the room.
