Superb and friendly owner and staff. Achmed, the owner, helped us out when we got stuck in tbe sand upon arrival. At night he gave a free tour into the desert, including a small campfire. Next morning he arranged a cameltour and gave us a daylight tour with his 4WD.

Very good experience everyone there is extremely nice you get the full desert/bedouin camping experience. Would recommend !

Situated in Bidiyah in the Al Sharqiyah region, Rashid Desert Private Camp has a balcony. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. The full experience from beginning to end, from check in to check out! Nothing was too much trouble and Mr Rashid made us feel very welcome at his camp.

Situated in Bidiyah, SandGlass Camp features accommodation with seating area. Private parking is available on site at this recently renovated property. Said and Ahmad took great care of me. The camp gets its electricity from solar energy and therefore it is very quiet there. Moreover the camp is good situated. As I was traveling without car Said picked me up from the nearest village and organized a trip deeper into the desert to see the sunset. Ahmad is a very good driver who likes to drift over the dunes. It was an adventurous ride and I had a lot of fun. There is also the possibility of riding camels. Staying here was a highlight of my trip in Oman.
