A hotel that can satisfy everyone, from families with children to couples. In particular, I felt like all the staff were putting effort into managing and maintaining the hotel, Especially Huge thanks to Mr. Haytham.

We stayed here for one week and had an incredible time. We came from New York, and have traveled to many many different resorts all over the world including the Carribean, and Europe. This resort was really beautiful and service was amazing. We really enjoyed the food but the buffet options were top notch. Special shoutout to Mohamed Ousha from the Anchor restaurant. He was attentive, polite, had a great sense of humor and continuously checked in on us. Also Sherif (Luxor) from the Coral Restaurant. He provided a great service and was really kind and wonderful. Shoutout to the entertainment team they were really great. My kids really loved Khalid, Alex and Ameera for their positive attitudes. The rooms were spotless and the hotel was immaculate and kept clean throughout the entire time. We highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to have a relaxing time with wonderful service and great food.

We have just had a great full experiences in Gemma Beach Resort in Mars Alam. Everything was perfect!! Starting from Food: good and varied buffet menu everyday thanks especially to Francesco, the chef. There is also the possibility to eat in the two restaurants, one for meat and one for fish, both very tasty too!! But what makes this place so special are people you meet there. Starting from housekeeping, waitress, pool and beach staff, alway kind and available. Special thanks to Tarek from “la mia africa”, Munir from the bar pool and Mahmoud from pool services. Then the animation team, italian and international: we feel like to be in a family, and we already miss them so much. We want to give a special thanks to Zeeeeeka, we wait for you here in Italy! And for italian team from BRAVO: Federica (the most sunshine girl!), Luca (the sport’s man with a bit of sugar), Francesco (TSL : the Salxsero Lover) and Fenice (our pocket girl with a big heart). And also Matteo thanks for our Philosophy breakfast. At the end special thanks to Ali the VD of the structure: you put the “cherry on the cake” of a vacancy that was already awesome. We can’t wait to meet all of you soon!

Didn’t feel incomplete for us despite some part are still under construction. 2 Restaurants pool bars are working, food is amazing. Still are all exceptional. Every thing is spotless and brand new so I can’t complain about anything really.

Staff here are very warm and polite. They also fluently speak a range of languages. Mohammed at reception is accommodating - Customer service is high on the agenda. Food is tasty. House cleaning are good giving a Large bottle of water daily. The rooms are big with comfortable beds, soft towels and bedding, toiletries. Toilets have wash facility. Tv have a wide range of channels. Welfare and safety of customers is paramount. Entertainment team are very good, all staff are extremely friendly, polite, respectful and also professional with a good programme and the beach Bedouin was the most enjoyable. Having Egyptian night in the Bedouin was such an amazing experience. I felt extremely safe at this hotel as a solo female traveller. I would recommend the disco in port galib for a good night of dancing and fun with the entertainment team. Very safe and good music here. Brilliant Layout of the restaurant means there are not long queues for food. Restaurant staff are amazing. I went in Ramadan and the staff ate very professional and also thoughtful. There is also a children play school near the beach . They have really thought about everything and I will definitely recommend this hotel to the everyone. Spa is wonderful and definitely worth a visit. The massages are amazing. Lifeguard on the beach called us over for an impromptu free swim with a family of dolphins on my last day. He whistled to keep them close and is genuinely there to give your experiences that extra touch! Such a star! Internet - brilliant in lobby and pool area. It’s good to have a digital detox when on holiday.

Amazing experience in Utopia , I really want to come back. Clean rooms, always smiling staff, good food. We really enjoyed our stay in Sataya. Everything was perfect for us. All the members are helpful and polite. There is nothing that we can complain about. Plenty of delicious and tasty food; including seafood, Arabic, Italian & loads of yummy desserts.They offer a free dinner in the Italian restaurant and pizza in the sea front restaurant. Our room was spacious, cleaned, and very comfortable. We had much fun with the entertainment team, and really liked the Egyptian show in our last night. The structure is fantastic, especially for children. There is a dive shopping, where we could book our package, wirh a resonable price. The coral reef in front is awesome for snorkelling. We strongly recommend Sataya. Defo, we will be back.
