Always happy and we really felt like we were taken good care off. They catered for allergies (nut and almond) superbly! The hotel was clean and rooms were great. Good breakfast and if you like a bit of luxury, the tearoom breakfast is for you (great a-la-carte options). Everything is absolutely fantastic. - Hotel has state of the art architecture, it is very impressive and it was a pure joy just to be in the building and enjoy the space and cultural artefacts on display; Live music in the evenings was a joy too; - Staff is so well trained, huge kudos to the management team; they were very helpful on every occasion but also not intrusive at all; we felt very relaxed; - Room was great, very comfortable and well designed; - pools are really nice and are designed for both adults and children; we were with three-year old, he enjoyed incredibly; - breakfast is amazing, so many options and everything is of such a high quality.

The view from our room was incredible - we upgraded our room last minute when we arrived. The pool is fantastic and the spa was great! We ordered room service nearly every day, and it was great. The breakfast had a HUGE variety!

The staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping are all very helpful. The location is ideal, as it is situated near the beach and other attractions. I highly recommend this place.
