The parking provide 1 car for 1 resident..if came with more car it will be the problem,but there security will assist you get parking but with payment,im not sure its a cheat that need u to paid but as long in building its ok😂then to get the key in mailbox room also its hard for first time n the lift not direct to our room,need to change lift if u from lobby stop by at r level n switch other lift then u can go to room..n if u plan to stay a long time need buy a big mineral water for standby because its not provide..there is water filter but its not filter at all,if drink make u got sick

The room of improvement is to have clearer instructions in finding the location of property. 1 more hair dryer at ground floor and bathroom water pump is not strong enough.

Everything is fantastic. It is excatly shown in pictures. Comfortable beds, good facilities, unique designs, beautiful night view & good follow up by host. We love it so much and planing for another trip again just to enjoy the facilities and relax.

A little small thing that is not good was the access card to reach the unit. The card is very not sensitive. There were few times that we needed others to help us to scan when in the lift. Maybe need to change a new card for a better staying experience. Car pooling to the unit is recommended as there is only one parking provided and the other car needs to be parked at the roadside outside the condo.

The unit is clean and comfortable. Suitable for family or gathering with friends.

Car park provided only 1, perhaps all houses were the same. If you come with more than 1 cars, you can park at the roadside, but remember to move your car next morning as the police will come and saman. I checked-out on Sunday 31Dec and there's one police saman. Not sure if you can park overnight at Lotus next to it. A bit hassle if you come with elderly & kids cause you need to change from carpark lift to tower house lift, so take note especially during busy period/check in where everyone in a hurry! House was equipped with two bathroom but only 1 with shower, another one is normal toilet. So if come in a group, plan your shower schedule.

The host were very helpful. A bit of hiccups during check-in but the owner accomodate with late check-out, thank you. A very nice homestay even quite small, but just nice for 1 night stay.

The apartment was very clean and new. We stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights (with my hubby and 4 sons age 18,17,13,10). 3 rooms were (including 1 open space) spacious enough for 6 of us. The parking was spacious and no issue for our Alphard to go through the route to the parking lot. The kitchen utensils were all new and we made full use of them. The self check in instructions and video provided was crystal clear. The pool was nice and the decorations of the Recreational Area were superb. Really recommended for staycation or vacation

The place is very close to MRT so travelling to any attractions is easy. The place was so nice everything is just like the pictures. The landlord is also quite helpful and responds quickly . I would stay here Again … Also they have water purifier and house is quite comfortable for family stay

Unfortunately this apartment don’t do it for me, it’s in a awkward location in Cheras where you have to make a big drive pass Lotus to get to the property, spent at least 10 minutes just to the level 8 car park which was poorly designed. The apartment itself did not have any ventilation there was not much windows only two which if open is so dangerous for kids it’s low enough for them to get out and make a big fall from the apartment. Honestly this Arte Cheras they try to make it look grand but there is not even a proper reception area like other apartments do, their groceries shop is outside the building in a car park/drive area. Honestly this place is a fake. I would not buy a property here, it looks good on the outside and on paper but terribly designed and not thought about safety at all. The swimming pool has so much steps and levels it’s so dangerous for kids to swim in. We have stayed for 9 days and was given a crappy apartment that felt like pigeon hole. It’s not even near enough to walk to local shops for some food let alone drive out from level 8 car park is horrendous. The apartment we were given had no view whatsoever was blocked by billboard or something. Truly truly disappointed and wished we had not stayed for so long. In the kitchen, the washing dishes sponge is so tired looking and dirty they need to change it.

The organiser/maintenance always reply quite fast via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Air cond and wifi provided
