Amazing service from the staffs, the welcome cookie was nice and warming. Location to CIQ is 5 mins walk away not the nearest but it also meant that the hotel was away from the noisy main city streets.

Coffee was horrible, the parking entrance and exit were all in a single lane, some of the switches in the room weren't working. Take the higher floors if possible.

The carpets was having stale smell ( both at walkway and room) The bathroom was having water pounding issues. Drain too small. The breakfast selection to be improved by having more varieties. Old hotel with poor maintenance
