The room atmosphere feels very stuffy that we have to open the windows wide to get fresh air. Despite the convenience and smooth check-in/check-out process, staying a night at this place caused both me and my friend to get blocked nose the next morning. Water temperature setting for sink and shower are also quite limited on the hotter side.

The location is so convenient for both locals and travellers alike. There is a nearby shopping mall (Sutera mall) as well as many street shops ranging from massage parlours, food stalls, cafes, bars which are pretty sufficient for a entertaining stay.

Limited facilities offered by the hotel. While the basics were well-covered, there were not many additional amenities available. However, this was not a significant drawback, as the surrounding area boasts plenty of entertainment options to explore.

Situated in a central location, the hotel offers easy access to numerous eateries and entertainment options within walking distance. The water pressure and air conditioning in the room were commendable.

The hotel is located in a quite lively area (business, shops), so it might be a bit noisy during the week end.

I went there for a business trip to the Univ. of Technology Malaysia (UTM). I like all about the hotel, especially for the "value for money" point. They provide all the minimum facility most (solo) traveler needed. Cleanliness is well maintained. There are a shopping mall nearby and the hotel also surrounded by many food shops, though the food shops may not all be available for muslim traveler.

toilet tiles gout and silicon can be cleaner. it is black and moldy in the wetter areas. The shower cubical seal was not working, and water leaked out to the toilet seat area.

Location was within the shophouses around Sutera Mall, lots of eateries around. Good service from the staff and there are reserved parking lots available. Rooms are adequately furnished and comfortable for us. Worth the price for a short stay and to shop around the are.

No mirror on the wall and not convenient for guest wanted to use the hair blower. Although a big mirror is inside the shower room but there is no socket outlets, thus making the hair blower to be useless.

The central location of hotel which is closed to many restaurants, bar & bistros, coffee shops and a food court selling local food's. Shopping is just a breeze to the nearby Sutera Mall about 3 minutes walk on foot. The hotel is very clean and the room is cosy, the bed is comfy for a good sleep. The security is good and the entrance to the outside area of the rooms is only accessible by a room card. The hotel counter staff is friendly and helpful.

The pillow is too soft. The allocated carpark is too limited. Basically you cannot even find a paid parking lot.

There is no breakfast provided at the hotel however there is a coffeeshop nearby

Shower head is so-so Some parts of the shower room's metal parts are a bit rusty TV is too small Room is not sound proof enough but ok.

The pillow case and bedsheets could be cleaner. There was a small stain on the pillow case which was a big turn off. The TV and TV receiver box remote controllers were not working. I had to push the buttons on TV and TV receiver box to navigate the channels and adjust the volume.

The location is very good. There are lots of nice eating places nearby. The staff are friendly. The room is equipped with tissues, mineral water, hair dryer, disposable slippers, TV, and kettle. The toiletries are complete with toothbrush, toothpaste, handwash gel, shower gel, toilet papers, bathroom mat and hand towels. The shower hot water works well.
