only if the curtain was real curtain instead of blind curtain i would be good .sunlight piercing my eyes in the morning wont be a nice day to begin with .kitchen has no plate and kitchenware .but still fine luckily I bring my own .

Uncomfortable and low bed. (Not recommended for pregnant women) . Bathrooms did not blinds to close and while no one might be able to see inside , blinds should be placed , I was really uncomfortable. Stingy in providing spare toilet tissue (this should not be asked for, there should be one spare one always provided to guests). There were no face or hand towels provided (esp being a Muslim country, they should provide these towels for wudu). I asked for a prayer mat but was refused as they don’t have any. There were 2 bath towels provided and when asked for new , they provided it and took the old ones. There are no room service, we didn’t have any issues as we were there for 2 nights but if anyone plans a longer visit then would not recommend this place.

The walls were soo thin. You can hear even gentle conversation from next door. After our first night, next door started playing the TV at 7am and it was soo loud. Their TV is on the other side of our headboard. The talking is tolerable, but the TV is unbearable - I had to tell next door to turn it down, fortunately they were friendly enough, but if you have an inconsiderate and unwilling occupants next door it will completely ruin the experience - it is a risk, one which I will not take again by staying here.

The view was amazing! The bed very comfortable, showering facilities were excellent, good TV, excellent gym and pool, very friendly staff in the shop. 10 minute walk from KLCC station. Excellent value. People have previously mention the lifts, and there is a wait, but it's not that bad given the size of the building.

The hotel's receptionist staff are not welcoming, it seems that 2 different companies which may own the same hotel works differently, no safety box in the room and the worst thing is that they want you to deposit 200 ringgit and for those whose going to check out early in the morning are unlikely to get refund as the reception is closed at that moment, make sure to get your money back in the evening.

A big beautiful hotel with a nice view of the city, best location of all city's attractions, hard working doorman, new and fresh facilities etc.

There's no daily room service. They provide only once per week for our room. In the middle of our stay, we had no clean towels, no toilet paper. But fortunately they provide us when i asked for extra. In the other hand, the hotel doesn't have local laundry service which means I have to order it on line. I think it is not very convenient for me, especially it took me 2 days for clean clothes. We can't see the whole KLCC tower from rooftop swimming pool, we can only see a part of tower.

The hotel is quite well-located : approx 13min from KLCC by walking. The decoration is very modern and the room is clean.

The water was a bit cold for me (during April) so I wasn’t able to use the pool. Nevertheless the views are good. One thing to consider - there is a building between the apartment complex and the Petronas towers and there is no direct view to towers from the pool as shown on the pics.

I did have a few problems but it could have been fixed if the front staff was trained better.

I stayed here for a whole month and loved the location. The building it self is always clean and rarely loud although busy. If you want somewhere to stay super close to the city this place is great value for money.

That was very good place. View was absolute amatching, room out side walls are glassthe walls outside the apartment are practically glass. You can watch the views, but even though you are close to everything, you are in a place where you have privacy. You can enjoy yourself

There was no room service so we have to ask to reception for toilet paper, we have no hand towel. The sheets, the windows (from the inside) and the overall cleaning of the studio apartment was really bad we also thought that there was gonna be a washing machine as seen on the pictures but there is no washing machine.

Loved the view, but if you are looking to see the Petronas towers you can barely see them. The gym is really good with an amazing view.

My issue was that the blinds were not properly fixed because light kept coming into the room and disturbing my sleep. I recommend the blinds lap each other properly to avoid this or fix the cotton blinds which can properly cover the window area.

I love the location is within walking distance of the malls. The ambiance and facilities were perfect. I love the room, room decor, and all.
