The hotel is very recommendable. It is situated in the the middle of the city and hence it is an easy walk to all of the sight seeing highlights. The personal is very friendly, the breakfast area beautiful and the home made croissants the best. The SPA is also very nice in the old cellar and room was big and clean.

unfortunately the hotel is situated about 200 metres from the main square and some bars. It was pretty noisey until around 3am each night hard to get to sleep.

The room looks better than photos. very nice place to stay.

Stayed here for my BF birthday. Even better than the photos. The rooms are spacious and lovely. Really perfect for an occasion. I arranged a surprise cocktail at check in for my Bf birthday which was brought to our room less than 5 minutes to arriving. I booked massages before via the email as a surprise too. Made it really easy. The spa is beautiful. We used this twice a day as we loved the chilled vibes. Free waters there and more towels. Free robes and slippers The location of this hotel is amazing. It’s in the middle of everything, minutes walk from the main square. You couldn’t be in a better location. Pre-book popular restaurants to avoid disappointment. I recommend this hotel very highly especially if you’re looking for a romantic weekend away in somewhere a bit more special, but a super reasonable price with the spa etc.

Amazing location! Right in the center of the city, everything was in a walking distance, restaurant right in the hotel was very good, but you have many other options around too. We absolutely loved the spa in the hotel with such a tranquil atmosphere. We always went there around 9pm and it was almost empty or completely empty. Room was big and quiet. Heated floor in the bathroom was a cherry on top :)

I don’t understand the concept of the rooms I have had (106). Bedroom ok but the “living room” and the equipment making no sense to me. Anyway! 😉

Hotel perfectly located in the center of the old town. Historic room(s), well equipped, clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Bar is offering fantastic long drinks and cocktails.

A gem in every way. The ambient is unique, the hotel was many amenities, and extras, its restaurant has a superb menu and the meals are well selected. The customer service is outstanding. I needed a toothpaste, an umbrella, a taxi, over the counter pain medication, etc., that was all provided quickly and smoothly. I wish only they have double stacked up mattresses in beds. They are a little low and don’t fit the best into the glamour all the rest provides. Nonetheless, they are comfortable and pleasant. The location is second to none!! I will ABSOLUTELY stay at this hotel whenever in visit Krakow!

There was a very small 2nd bedside table which was not helpful at all and there were no cups at all in the room. Breakfast was nice but very small variety to chose from main part.

Spa facilities were great. Breakfast was nice The rooms were large and very minimal, which meant you had loads of space for suitcases
