One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! Could be luck, but first of all the staff were kind and helpful with absolutely everything. The hotel upgraded us to stay in the suite on our first night in Krakòw. The room was amazing - the high ceiling was beautiful, the room was so clean, the air condition worked perfectly, the bathroom was fully supplied with hotel toiletries, and there was a huge closet space.

Unfortunately, trains pass the hotel and can therefore be heared during the night but this was not disturbing at all.

The staff were SUPER helpful. They let us check in early on a very last minute booking AND let us store our bags and sit to use our computers for hours after our check-out time. The location was such an easy walk to the castle and to the main street for food (super great ice-cream shop nearby). Rooms were gorgeous, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was more than we could possibly need.

No complaints really but to note generally, Malbork really is just the amazing castle and a couple nice restaurants... our 1 and a half days there was plenty enough.

Our twin room was clean and we had a great view. It was also quiet during bedtime and the air condition in the room worked perfectly fine. The staff were helpful, acquiring us taxi and letting us leave our luggages after checking out.

The staff were super across the board. The room was functional and very clean. The shower was lovely with hot water available at all times.

Only one poorly designed armchair for two people. It was very low and uncomfortable. No plug near the mirror for drying hair. Nowhere to hang robes in bathroom except the already full towel rail. Headboards on the beds were curved so pillows disappeared down the gap during the night.
