The location is exceptional and located just a few steps to Mansion House station where we can access to the city centre and train station so easily. The studio room has everything we need for a long stay which made us feel so much like home. The staffs are very helpful and always responsive to the requests. On top of that, we were impressed by the way they pay attention to the details of the guests like a honeymoon gifts we received on arrival. Overall, 100/10 ! Definitely going to recommend this place to our friends and family.

I was never made to feel i was bothering anyone, infact gentleman at the reception was kind enough to open the library for me to sit in after he heard he trying the handle 4. Ideal location to explore shoreditch, spitalfields market, bricklane etc 5. The bread basket is so good! Must try for breakfast

Where do I begin? Everything in this hotel is perfect. I can't fault anything. We were very much looked after the moment we checked in until we checked out. Friendliness and great staff are second to none.

Excellent location for sights, for walking, or for talking the tube. Incredibly attentive and thoughtful housekeeping - when we came back to our room we found a few little surprises that show real attention to detail - they left two small teddy bears for our children, put a bookmark in my book, left a small cloth for wiping the screen of our iPad among other things. Also reception staff (particularly Regina) made us feel at home. Super comfortable bed too!

It’s in the central part for food & shopping. The Housekeeping was spectacular, very 5-Star. They go an extra mile to fold all those clothings you just lay around the room. Everything is in place. I like the different kind of balm they place on my bed every night. I used it up 😊

Good location, attentive staff, nice lounge concept. Accommodated my early check in request which was greatly appreciated. The welcome snacks and drinks are fantastic as well.

Everything: location, honesty bar, helpful staff, room service, eclectic decor, history, common rooms with a fire, etc etc! The bed was the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in; the Lady Francis Hewitt room is the best.
