It felt like living a bit in the now and a bit in the past. It was comfortable and had all the things we needed. Most of all, the setting and the view is beautiful. I loved the bird songs the sheep across the valley, the horses in the pasture next to the house. And the house was cozy and cute.

Quaint cottage, located in a beautiful derbyshire village. Great location for getting around. Very clean and cozy, well equipped with everything we needed. Nice comfy bed. The shower was amazing. Plenty of parking. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Joanne was lovely, with great communication before our stay. It was a pleasure to finally meet her. Happy to recommend this property to family and friends. Would definitely stay again! 😁

The Cottage, Grotton Hall, Lydgate, Saddleworth ligger i Saddleworth, 15 km från Clayton Hall museum, och erbjuder en terrass, en trädgård samt gratis WiFi. The location was great because it is next to Grotton Hall and is located through some gates behind a wall, away from the main road. It's also close to most amenities in Lydgate and everything such as pubs and supermarkets are easy to get to. Great for a hiking weekend too as the North Peak District isn't far away.

Cottage Retreat near Peak District and Chatsworth House ligger i Tansley nära Matlock. Chatsworth House och Peak District National Park ligger i närheten. Som gäst har du tillgång till en terrass. Martin was so helpful prior to our arrival with information and also let us know that we could even check in early too!
